We are on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our warehouse processes, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize stock turnover.
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
• Manage logistics, including shipping and receiving operations.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections to assess safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for inventory management.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements in warehouse processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management

• ERP Software Proficiency

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
