Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring all aspects of user experience are well thought out. Collaborating with developers and marketers, your focus will be on enhancing the overall usability and aesthetic of our products.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to implementation.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on goals and objectives.
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of designs.
• Foster a collaborative environment with developers and product teams.
• Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Additional certifications in UI/UX Design would be advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in design roles with a focus on UI/UX
