Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of clients.
• Develop and implement effective treatment and support plans.
• Engage with families and foster positive relationships to support client outcomes.
• Coordinate resources and referrals to community services.
• Document case notes and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case meetings and community outreach initiatives.
• Advocate for social justice and equity in service delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns.

Advantageous

• Experience in Non-Profit Organizations: Demonstrated experience working in a non-profit setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Local Resources: Familiarity with community resources and support services in Gauteng.
