We are actively seeking skilled Manufactured Building and Mobile Home Installers to join our dynamic fabrication team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in layout, fabrication, and installation techniques, ensuring high-quality workmanship in every project.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during all installation tasks.
• Ensure that all installations meet industry and company standards.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products before delivery.
• Assist in developing new fabrication processes and techniques.
• Provide feedback to design teams on product improvements.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Contribute to team meetings and project discussions.
• Assist with training new employees in installation techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Metal Fabrication or similar

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in metal fabrication and layout

Technical Skills

• Metal Fabrication Techniques
• Blueprint Interpretation
• Welding and Brazing
• CNC Machining

• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in multiple industries (e.g. aerospace, automotive): Familiarity with industry-specific requirements and standards.
• Knowledge of advanced fabrication technologies: Understanding of technologies such as laser cutting and 3D printing.
