As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will oversee all logistics operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will involve coordinating supply chain activities, collaborating with various departments, and optimizing logistics systems to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient logistics strategies and operations.
• Oversee supply chain and inventory management processes.

• Monitor and report on key logistics metrics.
• Conduct audits and assessments of logistics programs.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for logistics operations.
• Lead and inspire the logistics team to achieve operational goals.
• Create contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive business results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's degree in Operations Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of management experience in logistics or supply chain roles
