UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with our developers and product owners to understand user needs and create designs that are not only appealing but also functional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and usability tests.
• Develop user personas based on user research data.
• Create low and high-fidelity wireframes.
• Design user flows and navigation structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
• Document design processes for future reference.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and accessible.
• Create style guides for consistent implementation.
• Provide feedback to junior designers and interns.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Additional certifications in UX/UI design are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
