Job Description

As a Bulb Packer, you will be an integral part of our production line, ensuring that every product is packed correctly and efficiently. You will inspect and organize bulbs, prepare them for packing, and ensure labelling is accurate. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Handle, sort, and package flower bulbs according to quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels of packaging supplies and notify management when reorders are needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workspace to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in training new team members on packing procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Record packaging counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the packaging process.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
