Job Description

As a Bulb Weeder at The Bulb Weeding Company, you will be responsible for removing unwanted weeds and plants from garden beds, ensuring the healthy growth of flowers and bulbs. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for gardening.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address weeding issues affecting plant health.
• Interact effectively with the gardening team to achieve set goals.
• Maintain and organize tools and supplies needed for gardening tasks.
• Educate clients on proper plant care techniques.
• Participate in training sessions to improve gardening skills.
• Work towards environmental sustainability by applying organic practices.
• Report on plant growth and health during team meetings.
• Help provide a pleasant and welcoming garden environment.
• Assist in developing new garden designs and plant placement.
• Engage in outdoor activities beyond weeding, such as planting and seasonal preparation.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Organic Gardening (advantageous)

Experience

• Experience with plant care and maintenance is essential
