Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Certification in Project Management is beneficial

Experience

• 7+ years in relevant construction roles with leadership experience

Technical Skills

• Scheduling Software (e.g., Primavera)
• Quality Control Procedures

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
