Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to peak performance.
• Oversee stock management and optimize inventory levels.
• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance productivity.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and provide feedback.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement staff schedules for peak efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation Certificate or equivalent
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
