Job Description

We are seeking responsible and professional Eligibility Interviewers who will engage with clients, answer inquiries, and assist in maintaining comprehensive customer records. Your role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication and support for various government programs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between customers and relevant government departments.
  • Educate customers about various support programs available to them.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop relationships with community organizations to expand outreach efforts.
  • Lead workshops to inform and educate the public about government resources.
  • Assess and document customer needs to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to strategy.
