The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues, performing surgeries, and providing preventative care. Responsibilities

• Examine and treat sick and injured animals.
• Advise on nutrition, vaccinations, and preventive health care.
• Conduct surgeries and manage anesthesia during procedures.
• Oversee the veterinary clinic's daily operations.
• Monitor animal recovery and report on progress.
• Engage in continuing education to enhance professional skills.

Requirements

Education

• BVSc or equivalent veterinary degree
• Postgraduate qualifications are beneficial.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital

Technical Skills

• Anesthesia Monitoring
• Emergency Medicine

Certifications

• Veterinary Medical Board Certification
• Certification in Veterinary Dentistry

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Exotic Animal Care: Knowledge and experience in treating exotic pets is an advantage.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification: Certification in ACLS for emergencies.
