Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client accounts, developing strategies to enhance satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong rapport with clients to understand their business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with the sales team to align strategies.
  • Identify key performance indicators to measure account success.
  • Provide feedback to product development based on client insights.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for new clients.
  • Participate in industry networking events to promote the company.
  • Assist in drafting proposals for new projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in technology or SaaS
