Job Description

As a Complaints Adjuster, your role will be to resolve customer complaints regarding our products and services. You will conduct thorough investigations, engage in negotiations, and provide solutions that ensure customer satisfaction while upholding our company’s standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze customer complaints for valid resolutions.
  • Engage with clients to collect detailed information about their complaints.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is acted upon.
  • Document and maintain records of all interactions with customers regarding complaints.
  • Utilize tools to track and report on complaints and resolutions.
  • Mentor junior staff in customer service best practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement in product and service offerings based on feedback.
  • Attend training and workshops to stay updated on industry regulations.
  • Prepare reports for management on complaint trends and suggestions for improvements.
