Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in acquiring permits and licenses for construction activities.
• Liaise with architects and engineers to translate designs into reality.
• Monitor and control project expenditures and adherence to budgets.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure ongoing communication with clients throughout project stages.
• Train and mentor junior staff and construction workers.
• Implement best practices for safety and sustainability on site.
• Optimize resource allocation based on project needs.
• Lead post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
