Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, ensuring all staff adhere to the hospitality standards.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel employees.
• Establish budgets and manage costs effectively.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through tailored service strategies.
• Regularly review and improve hotel policies and procedures.
• Act as the face of the hotel, engaging with guests and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Utilize guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospitality management role
