• Direct daily operations, ensuring all staff adhere to the hospitality standards.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel employees.
• Establish budgets and manage costs effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Budget Management Proficient in managing hotel budgets and financial operations.
• Customer Service Exceptional customer service skills aimed at guest satisfaction.
• Staff Training Skilled in training and developing hotel staff effectively.
• Leadership Strong leadership capabilities to guide a diverse team.
• Communication Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
