Job Description

As a Physiotherapist with us, you'll work closely with patients to assess their physical conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation programs. Your contributions will be vital in helping patients recover and achieve their wellness goals through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients' physical conditions.
• Design specific exercise regimens and therapeutic interventions.
• Guide patients in performing exercises to improve movement and function.
• Provide manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and promote healing.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Engage in community outreach and health promotion activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation

Technical Skills

• Orthopedic Rehabilitation
• Sports Physiotherapy

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Dry Needling Certification: Certified in dry needling techniques for pain relief.
• Experience in Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitated group sessions for rehabilitation.
