Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Regional Sales Supervisor to lead our sales efforts in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will manage a diverse team, focusing on sales strategies that drive revenue growth while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Support the sales team with escalated issues and client negotiations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
