Responsibilities

  • Create and evaluate structural designs using state-of-the-art software.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  • Lead project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Document all project phases and maintain accurate records.
  • Foster relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the structural engineering field
Technical Skills
  • Revit
  • Finite Element Analysis

Certifications
  • Advanced Project Management Certificate
