Job Description

As a Fundraising Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by leading fundraising efforts and nurturing long-term relationships with donors. Responsibilities

  • Engage with community leaders and stakeholders to promote our mission.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and reports for donors.
  • Manage donor recognition programs to foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct research on best practices in fundraising.
  • Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or Marketing
  • Master's degree in Business or Non-Profit Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising management

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational
