Job Description

As a Piecer at Textile Solutions Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for combining fabric pieces to create finished products. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of production and ensuring the highest quality of textile outputs. We seek candidates with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Check and prepare fabric pieces for assembly, ensuring readiness for production.
  • Utilize sewing machines safely and correctly, ensuring high-quality stitching.
  • Keep accurate records of materials and production counts.
  • Support the team in achieving production goals.
  • Identify potential improvements in the fabric assembly process.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding production needs.
  • Participate in team meetings regarding daily production objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the workspace.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Training in sewing or garment production is an asset
Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Languages
