Job Description

As a Visual Merchandiser in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for creating appealing displays that attract customers and drive sales. You will collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to execute visual strategies that align with brand goals and improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in-store visual displays that highlight product features and promotions.
• Work with the procurement team to ensure all visual materials are available for display builds.
• Regularly review sales data to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts.
• Engage with customers to understand preferences and adjust displays according to feedback.
• Streamline setup and teardown processes for seasonal displays.
• Collaborate with external vendors to source materials for visual merchandising.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
• Diploma in Visual Merchandising is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising or retail marketing
