Job Description

We seek an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead initiatives aimed at improving our operational efficiency in Pretoria. As part of our engineering team, you will analyse production metrics, design systems, and implement strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes to design enhancements.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for operational problems.
• Utilise statistical analysis and simulation software to model processes.
• Engage in product design reviews to ensure manufacturability.
• Lead cross-departmental projects aimed at process improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on your findings.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement quality control measures to meet specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Graduate degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
