Job Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Pretoria office. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and generating actionable insights to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in data analysis and excel in providing meaningful reports for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data analysis processes and structures.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data collection.
• Evaluate new data sources and perform data cleansing and transformation.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and assist in strategic planning and forecasting.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality data to drive business decisions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics
