Job Description

We are in search of a motivated Sales Manager who can drive sales performance and lead our dedicated sales team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales management and a keen ability to build lasting relationships with clients in various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Review and improve sales processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with product and service teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze customer interactions.
  • Prepare budgets and allocate resources efficiently for sales activities.
  • Monitor sales team performance and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales techniques.
  • Report on sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Consult with executive leadership on strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 5 to 7 years in sales management, with successful track record
