Job Description

As our Store Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our Durban store. With a focus on operational efficiency and team management, you will ensure that we deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures.
  • Develop employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Analyze customer purchase patterns to inform merchandising strategies.
  • Stay current with retail trends and implement innovative practices.
  • Facilitate communication between store staff and management.
  • Provide training on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and organized according to company standards.
  • Address customer complaints timely and effectively.
  • Lead initiatives to promote store events and increase foot traffic.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Retail Management or Business Studies
  • Certificates in customer service are a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management with proven results
