Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of projects are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

• Establish project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relations.
• Implement best practices and project management methodologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Gather and analyze project data for reporting purposes.
• Drive team performance through motivation and effective delegation.
• Support project resource management and allocation.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all project-related activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• PMP or equivalent certification is mandatory

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or IT

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
