Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate client progress towards goals.
  • Facilitate therapeutic educational workshops for clients and families.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers, educators, and community agencies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary.
  • Keep abreast of developments in social work best practices.
  • Encourage client participation in goal-setting and decision-making processes.
  • Document all case notations and prepare reports for funding agencies.
  • Participate in local advocacy efforts to improve community support systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is strongly preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in community service roles
