Job Description

We are seeking an Office Manager who is experienced in administrative tasks and excels in managing office operations. The successful candidate will oversee office procedures, coordinate administrative functions, and ensure a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular office inspections and assessments.
  • Provide support for new employee onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the office.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
  • Evaluate and improve office layout and functionality.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • A minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role within an office environment
