The ideal candidate will have a knack for crafting creative advertising strategies and driving brand engagement through multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing campaign concepts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to the development of the agency’s brand identity and narrative.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify campaign reach.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness of advertising activities to stakeholders.
• Utilize A/B testing to refine campaign elements based on data-driven insights.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations to drive campaign strategies.
• Support the team in handling client feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Understanding and utilizing SEO strategies for online advertising initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Media Studies
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house marketing team
