Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to support our clinical trials in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will coordinate and oversee clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and researchers to manage data collection and patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monitoring of clinical trial sites and ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Collaborate with investigators to ensure participant safety and data integrity.
• Track recruitment and retention of study participants, implementing strategies as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites and stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the study team and external partners regarding clinical study updates.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting
