Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to support our clinical trials in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will coordinate and oversee clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and researchers to manage data collection and patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study timelines.
• Evaluate and validate data collected during clinical trials for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities, sponsors, and study teams to facilitate trial activities.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of clinical trial data and documentation.
• Mentor and support junior staff in clinical trial methodologies and practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the trials and work towards solutions swiftly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in clinical research.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting
