Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings to discuss design progress and address challenges.
• Evaluate materials and construction methods to recommend best practices.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design best practices.
• Utilize CAD software and other tools for creating detailed architectural drawings.
• Incorporate sustainable practices in all design work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in urban design projects.: Familiarity with urban planning principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Revit software.: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit.
