Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions aimed at minimizing environmental impact, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage production improvement strategies.
• Analyze production data to find areas of improvement.
• Assist in the design and procurement of new equipment.
• Coordinate projects with other departments to achieve production goals.
• Maintain documentation of technical specifications for processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of tooling and equipment.
• Participate in the development of standard operating procedures.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Facilitate workshops to engage teams in process improvements.
• Support the introduction of new technologies in the production process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing roles
