Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions aimed at minimizing environmental impact, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to improve production processes.
• Develop layout plans for manufacturing facilities.
• Work closely with production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Identify bottlenecks in production and develop solutions.
• Analyze workflows and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure materials availability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management.
• Provide training to staff on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing roles
