Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Manager to spearhead our training initiatives in Pretoria. This vital role involves developing, implementing, and managing technical training programs designed to enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce. Responsibilities

  • Lead the training and development strategy for the organization.

  • Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance training efficiency.

  • Promote training programs to encourage employee participation.
  • Drive initiatives for mentoring and coaching within technical teams.
  • Report on training effectiveness to HR Director and suggest further actions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a similar field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Training & Development an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role with a focus on technical training
