Responsibilities

• Lead the design process of projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
• Investigate and address client and regulatory feedback on designs.
• Establish and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare renovation and restoration plans for existing buildings.
• Encourage innovative approaches to architectural design and technology integration.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout the project.
• Implement design strategies for energy-efficient buildings.
• Contribute to community engagement initiatives related to architecture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree may be advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Project Management Tools

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Chartered Architect status

Languages

• English: Fluent
