Join our team as an Investment Banking Analyst, where you will leverage your analytical skills to conduct market research, build financial models, and work alongside experienced bankers on complex transactions that drive success for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Build complex financial models to support investment decisions.
• Conduct thorough analyses of financial statements and projections.
• Work alongside senior bankers to develop deal strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the negotiation process by providing analytical support.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a related role within investment banking

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
