As a Systems Administrator at Tech Solutions Pty Ltd, you will leverage your expertise in IT support to optimize our server functionality and facilitate effective user support. Responsibilities

• Oversee network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Configure firewall and VPN solutions to secure the network.
• Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues.
• Create user accounts and manage access permissions.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for users on tech tools.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

Experience

• 5 years of experience in systems administration or IT support

• Active Directory
• Cisco Networking

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
