We are looking for a dedicated Chemical Engineer to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will work on developing and optimizing chemical processes, ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate with other engineers and production staff to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemical production processes and documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to innovate new products.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement areas.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
• Provide technical support to production staff.
• Assist in the development of new chemical formulations.
• Participate in training programs for safety and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical manufacturing sector
