As an Architect at Unique Designs Co., you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to develop architectural plans and concepts. Strong project management and design skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of client requirements and project scope.
• Produce detailed renderings and models for presentations.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure that all projects prioritize energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Engage with various stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
• Oversee project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Develop relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Certifications

• Professional Architect Registration
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages
