Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be pivotal in coordinating health services, managing budgets, and ensuring that our facility delivers exceptional healthcare. We are looking for someone to lead process improvement initiatives and enhance patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and management of the healthcare facility.
  • Implement strategic plans to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate human resource functions including hiring and training.
  • Evaluate and improve patient care services and administrative practices.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on facility performance.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of healthcare services.
  • Monitor current healthcare trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Drive initiatives for quality improvement in healthcare delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years in a healthcare management role
