Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our Johannesburg office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing healthcare administration tasks, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans.
  • Monitor performance metrics for administrative processes.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new administrative personnel.
  • Manage patient feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Stay updated with healthcare trends and regulations.
  • Organize staff meetings and training sessions as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
