Stationary Engineers and Boiler Operators

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Stationary Engineers and Boiler Operators to join our team in Johannesburg. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of high-pressure steam boilers. You will also be responsible for monitoring equipment performance and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks of boiler systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs or adjustments to machinery.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national safety laws and regulations.
• Actively participate in safety audits and training.
• Support the operations manager in developing maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• N3 or higher certification in Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.
