Job Description

As a Delimer, your primary responsibility will be to operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to remove scale, rust, and other deposits from industrial surfaces. This role is crucial for maintaining equipment efficiency and ensuring optimal performance in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate high-pressure water jetting equipment.
• Remove contaminants and maintain the cleanliness of manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the development of cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Work closely with the sanitation team to enhance cleaning effectiveness.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventative measures.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in cleaning operations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical qualification in engineering preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Safety protocols knowledge

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Training
• First Aid Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
