Field Installer

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Installer to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining various equipment and systems at client sites throughout South Africa. This role requires a solid understanding of technical installations, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to provide on-site support and training.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of various equipment types, ensuring proper functionality.
• Maintain an organized schedule for regular maintenance visits.
• Respond to clients' requests for support and technical assistance.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Keep current with advancements in technology relevant to installations.
• Prepare reports detailing work completed and outcomes achieved.
• Assist in the development of new installation processes and procedures.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance service delivery.
• Provide feedback to management on client satisfaction and potential improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical certification or diploma is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a technical installation environment

• Technical Troubleshooting

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Valid driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent
