Job Description

As an Architect in our firm, you will have the opportunity to lead projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop creative and sustainable solutions. Ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop innovative design solutions for diverse projects.
• Participate in community engagement initiatives to gather feedback on designs.
• Research and implement sustainable building practices.
• Document all phases of projects, including design changes and site conditions.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents and specifications.
• Participate in marketing efforts and presentations to attract new clients.
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of professional architecture experience

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• 3D Visualization Tools

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Green Building Certifications: Familiarity with LEED and other green building certification processes.
• Awards or Recognition: Previous awards or recognition in architecture competitions is a plus.
