Job Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will manage and optimize our supply chain processes, ensuring smooth logistics operations. You will work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Implement tracking systems to monitor inventory and shipments.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and logistics processes.
• Provide training and guidance to junior logistics staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles

• Supply Chain Optimization Tools
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
