Responsibilities
Perform daily quality inspections on various food products.
Document any deviations from quality standards.
Assist in root cause analysis for identified quality issues.
Lead training sessions on quality control practices.
Support the continuous improvement of quality control procedures.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams during audits.
Ensure that safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
Coordinate with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
Conduct microbiological and chemical testing.
Provide feedback for product development process improvements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
A Master's degree is beneficial
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in quality control within the food manufacturing sector
