Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Food Quality Control Technician to ensure our food products meet stringent quality standards. You will conduct tests, inspections, and collaborate closely with production teams to uphold our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily quality inspections on various food products.
  • Document any deviations from quality standards.
  • Assist in root cause analysis for identified quality issues.
  • Lead training sessions on quality control practices.
  • Support the continuous improvement of quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams during audits.
  • Ensure that safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct microbiological and chemical testing.
  • Provide feedback for product development process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
  • A Master's degree is beneficial
Experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in quality control within the food manufacturing sector
