As an Industrial Engineer based in Durban, you'll leverage your skills to analyse current processes and design better structures for superior performance. Your role involves continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational workflows, ensuring maximum output without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis to resolve operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain standards for operational performance.
• Provide support in capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste.
• Facilitate workshops for process improvement ideation.
• Maintain documentation for all engineering processes.
• Engage in problem-solving sessions for complex issues.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams for optimal scheduling.
• Develop training materials for operational processes.
• Provide technical support for engineering applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related sectors
