Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Technician to enhance our manufacturing process in Durban. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, maintain quality assurance protocols, and perform inspections to guarantee product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality control procedures and produce detailed reports.
• Address quality-related issues in real-time during production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
• Evaluate and maintain quality control documentation.
• Train and mentor new staff in quality assurance protocols.
• Lead efforts in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify trends in quality issues and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Engage in root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Conduct final inspections before product shipment.

Requirements

Education

• Quality Assurance Diploma or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of direct experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment
