Job Description

We are seeking a Control Officer to manage and implement organizational policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will oversee compliance activities and provide training to staff.

Responsibilities

• Managing organizational compliance frameworks and strategies.
• Conducting regular risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations affecting the institution.
• Facilitate compliance training sessions for new hires and ongoing education.
• Draft and review compliance documentation and policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance standards are met.
• Handle and investigate compliance inquiries and non-compliance issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field is desirable
